Introduction: Each school seeks to give its pupils the best education. The successful school requires some specific resources and the organization of these resources to develop all the pupils' skills, attitudes, values, knowledge, self-confidence and their self-esteem. Through the following paragraphs I'll talk about the school resources and some characteristics of a successful school by which we can improve the success of all the pupils such as the inclusion and school self-assessment. The school resources: As any organization has its resources that essentially construct it to do its expected task, the school also has its resources which make it do its task as planned. "All who participate in school life must become aware of self, of the task, and of the context in which they work." (Riches, C. and Morgan, C. 1989 p. 88).
