The most widely used form of violence aspect is corporal punishment; that is the intentional application of physical pain as a method of changing behavior. According to Gershoff (2002), Corporal punishment should be defined as using force to cause children to experience pain without injury to modify or correct their behavior in other words pain to get compliance.
