Fort Nelson The local community for Fort Nelson is going to be local business, local residents, people from the (MOD) ministry of defence and people from the navy ships. I will now tell you there positive and negative aspects and how they have tried to Maximise all of there positive aspects and minimise there negative impacts. Negative Impacts on the local community More traffic: - They try and encourage people to use public transport more so that will mean, there is going to be less cars on the road which therefore means less traffic.
