Festivals and events in different countries provide audiences with different contents and experiences, most of the events are related to the tourism industry. A successful event can be exciting and benefit a wide range of groups and people but a poor organized event can give visitors a bad impression and memory. Getz (1997:4) defined special event as a one time or infrequently occurring event outside normal programs or activities of the sponsoring or organizing body and it is a opportunity of a leisure, social or cultural experience outside everyday normal life.
