Red Bull emerged in 1984, when Mateschitz (the owner of the company) found the product and began to fine-tune it till the drink deserved people's expectations. Then, Mateschitz started to develop a unique marketing concept and started selling the product in Austria. After it became popular in Austria, the owner of the company started to market the product in Hungary, Europe, Asia and then over 100 countries around the globe.
