Zayas-Quiñones Abstract: This paper discusses research tools and strategies used by my company to market its line of Enterprise Security Services. Since I began looking at ongoing efforts and strategies by my company to realign and strengthen its marketing strategies, it has become clear that while a high level of effort and commitment is needed to merge marketing roles within a company's established service and support infrastructure, there are still many effective ways through which a company can improve it's marketing practices.
