Abstract The following report into Colorado Creative Music (CCM) sets to formulate a strategy to address the current issues CCM faces as it tries to manage its growth as a record label. A detailed, holistic analysis of CCM has identified several key strategic issues that CCM needs to address, and these form the basis of this report. The analysis conducted for the report includes a comprehensive background analysis, including environmental, industry, SWOT and accounting analyses. From this analysis a short list of unique strategies are proposed, and then the final, preferred alternative is expanded upon, which is envisaged to allow CCM to realise its potential as a profitable, sought-after record label. 1.
