Abstract Many people dream of starting their own business. It could be getting rich, job freedom and exciting venture. However, running a small business is difficult and risky. Two out of three small businesses fail within the first five years. Those that survive the beginning period continue to face tremendous challenges. Despite the risks, small business is still booming in the economy . The aim of this paper is to suggest several kinds of methods to success when managing a small business. Nowadays, computer technology have spawned whole new industries especially Internet which is a new world and full of opportunity for small business. We could found lot of successful case from these.
