Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is an analytical technique that allows people to identify or forecast the failure modes of a product by identifying actions and reducing the chance of failures. FMEA is "before-the-event" action which requires a team to easily and inexpensively change the design and production process. Implementing design FMEA helps to establish priorities on expected failures on severity. FMEA also reduces development time and cost of manufacturing by identifying and reducing the chance of failure modes. In applying FMEA, this would help the college to improve and take actions on the problems it faces. There are few steps that needs to be determined in order to reach the action. They are: 1.
