The marketing mix includes the four basic P's, that include Product, Price, Promotion and Place. These elements support the basic goal of marketing, which is to find the need of the customer and fulfill that need. Product is a description of the product or service your customer desires. Product features, quality, instructions and installation are elements that fall under the product category.
