The following case study aims to understand the pricing policy used by British Gas and the ways in which they arrive at their pricing structure. In order to do this I will look at SWOT and PEST analysis along with Porters Five Forces. We will have to look at each of the above in greater detail to better understand them and see how it is that they can be used to determine pricing strategy and how it can also be used to better understand the market in which they operate.
