Right from the start the team created a team charter with contact information, which gave assurance of communication, especially because the course is online. Our team developed 'Form' by being polite and connecting through email and Team C newsgroup. At first, team members are skeptical until the first task is assigned, which sets the foundation of how team members form the relationship. The first assignment established a motivating relationship between group members and demonstrates the performance and capabilities each team member can contribute.
