Right from the start the team created a team charter with contact information, which gave assurance of communication, especially because the course is online. Our team developed 'Form' by being polite and connecting through email and Team C newsgroup. At first, team members are skeptical until the first task is assigned, which sets the foundation of how team members form the relationship. The first assignment established a motivating relationship between group members and demonstrates the performance and capabilities each team member can contribute. No concrete rules were formed but our team members clearly displayed assertiveness and reliability. Team C is mature to handle any discrepancies if any problem occurs.
