Master of Business Administration Managing People Group Dynamics Executive Summary This report analyses the dynamics of the work team and identifies and addresses issues for improvement. In chapter one we identify the characteristics of the team by describing the organisational and work- environmental facts and the membership of the team members. Chapter two described the different stages of group development that this group has experienced and how this affected the performance and cohgesiveness of the group.
