BBA1 OB Coursework Question 2: Groups and norms "Consider your BBA1 cohort. Using your experiences of BBA1 so far, evidence what you are learning about groups, their development and how this happens with explicit attention to norms." As part of the Firm and the Environment module for BBA1, I was assigned into a group of six and given two weeks to research and formulate a presentation on where Hewlett Packard should locate a new factory. We were to take the role of advisors to the board of directors (the rest of the class) and I am going to use my presentation group as my main example for discussing the development of groups and group norms.
