Executive Summary The purpose of this project was to highlight various factors, which were brought to light during a twelve-year business simulation. It was carried out as part of a Business enterprise Skills course and a presentation had to be given on what occurred during the simulation. Five people, including myself, were put into a team using belbin profiles to get the correct mixture of people in the group. They then had to run a business simulation for a whisky company, making decisions on marketing, production and prices along the way. This was done well-placed strategies throughout the simulation, for example, to undercut the competition on prices and marketing. The key findings were that not everyone can work well in teams to begin with, but given time they are able to adapt and the can create new skills for future use.
