The oxford English dictionary defines value as "moral principles; the amount of money or other commodity etc considered equivalent to something else". (1995, pp.583) It is what builds a character, what determines people's priorities, how people act and how they feel. Character strengthens the power of the leaders purpose to bring out the best of work. Human values are shaped by socialisation and interaction process of a person and his or her environment. It is also acquired from the many years of experiences and highly influenced by the environment one is living.
