Introduction In this paper of representation of a corporation in a meeting I have tried to see whether a corporation can represent any member in meeting of a company so as to make its presence in the meeting as a corporation is not a natural person can it have a right to vote as a member of the company. The present paper also deals with whether the company can actually appoint any person as on behalf of the company and the rights and restrictions which are imposed. In the present paper the topic is taken in a way wherein the importance of a meeting in a corporation is taken as a quintessential aspect in the working of a corporation and if a member has a right to vote does such a right be restricted by any resolution of that company.
