Introduction In this paper of representation of a corporation in a meeting I have tried to see whether a corporation can represent any member in meeting of a company so as to make its presence in the meeting as a corporation is not a natural person can it have a right to vote as a member of the company. The present paper also deals with whether the company can actually appoint any person as on behalf of the company and the rights and restrictions which are imposed.
