Outside of Squire's office, Adams begins to reminisce about his history with the company. He was with the company for fifteen years however this year his sales decreased by 18% whereas most of his co-workers sales records went up. Adams believes that this is due to new territory reassignments that caused him to lose two of his major accounts.
