Culture The personality of an organisation, the shared beliefs and the procedure determine the ways in which the organisation and the people working there behave and solve problems. This is the culture of an organisation. A culture is determined by looking around an organisation and talking to the people working there. Culture is different in all organisations and they are expresses in their attitudes, values, beliefs, the way the business is run, history, rituals, rules and symbols. The dominant groups in an organisation build cultures over the years. All the staff at Sainsbury's believe that the customers are always right. The organisation are ethical in the way that they operate. Sainsbury's like to treat their producers and traders fair and to pay them a reasonable wage.
