Companies have been succeeding over the past years as a result of motivation for all their staff. Motivation is an important key to a business, with out motivation; employees will not be interested in the job. There should be a 'reward' for employees who commit to work and allow the business to succeed. A business with a lack of service and employees, who do not care about anything, will see the business lose valuable customers and mainly valuable investors. This is why today businesses introduced "rewards" and "incentives", this is where an employee is rewarded with gift vouchers, a bonus, a pay rise or being prompted, or is made a promise by the organisation that...
