Learning Team Behavior and Processes When developing a team, there are certain guidelines that need to be followed. A process is followed from beginning to end to visualize and face the tasks that are to be accomplished. Each member has a role and responsibility that goes along with their particular behavior styles. Once this is established, goals need to be set along with the steps in between to reach the goals. There are rules and guidelines created in a charter to ensure each member contributes their share of the work. Once the charter is in place, there are assignments that need to be completed. Time management skills, leadership, conflict, and change are all pieces that are put together in becoming a high-performance team.
