However there are many different way in which leaders emerge and many different styles in which they lead. Everybody has the potential to be a leader. Leaders are those who can make other people want to achieve a common goal. They do not do this by ordering people about; they give people a purpose and empower them to do it for themselves. There are many leadership qualities that become important in team games.
