In this article, Pamela Babcock outlines the various components necessary for human resource professionals to retain the corporate culture created by a company's founding leader(s). Babcock uses examples from Charles Schwab & Company, Ford Motor Company, Sargento, The Container Store and Adobe Systems Inc. to illustrate these components. Companies with a very recognizable public figure who models the organizations values can serve as ambassadors of the corporate culture.
