We will look at the current contract and identify the shortcomings or areas of the contract that needed to be amended or changed. In the scenario we had Span Systems and Citizen Schwartz AG (C-S) in a contract. Span Systems was responsible for creating computer software, with outlined requirements, for C-S. Some variables changed along the way and the contract was not changed to address these variables. There were also some errors uncovered with regards to underestimating requirements.
