Organization's employment potential is based on how and the actions that are taken to motivate and empower its workforce to create a satisfied, and motivated productive workforce. Companies around the globe see this differently and management's new challenge is to create a work environment that attracts, keeps and motivates its workforce. Management needs to create a work environment where people enjoy what they do, feel like they have a purpose, have pride in what they do, and can reach their full potential by being challenged in the work that they do.
