The articles have been taken from two different journals, the first one was taken from "The Academy of Management Journal" and the second one was taken from the "Journal of International Business Studies". The reason for taking two different journals is to avoid homogeneity. After a thorough scrutiny we found that articles of "The Academy of Management Journal" all are in line with guidelines imposed by the publisher.
