Business continuity strategies The business continuity strategies are process that is implemented to ensure that business is able to perform its critical operation in case of any disaster. The business continuity strategies focus on availability of business in all circumstances. As mentioned in thread and risk section of report, systems are vulnerable different short term and long term disruptions. Some of these failures can be minimized through management efforts but it is impossible to eliminate all of the risks. Continuity strategies are designed to extenuate the risk of system and service unavailability by devising procedures and steps to be taken in case of risks.
