It is a fact that in today's world that workplace romances is increasing. Companies are left with difficult decisions on what they are going to do about it and whether they will do anything at all. There are two outlooks people may have on this fact. One is that it is a huge problem, which will lead to sexual harassment lawsuits and a hostile work environment. Another is that the work environment will become one close friendly unit where people feel comfortable working together and have no secrets. The fact is that it is unlikely that either of these scenarios will result. The issue of office romance is too complicated for an easy answer to occur.
