Introduction In today's competitive world all organizations are striving for improve performance in terms of customer satisfaction and better product quality and to enhance the organizational culture. Many organizations implement different learning tools in order to strengthen their organizational culture such as total quality management, the learning organization, business process re- engineering, best practice, high performance work organization. In the Australian business perspective, according to my view organizations should follow total quality management and the learning organizations as management tool in order to enhance the company culture and for better organizational performance. This essay talks about the two effective management tools which help to enhance the working environment within organization. The Learning Organization Learning organization can be defined as one 'which facilitates the learning of all its members and continually transforms itself' (Pedler et al, 1991, p 173, Lewis).
