Managers must be aware of and comply with federal and state laws that affect the business as well as any ethical issues that arise during potentially damaging lawsuits. Throughout this paper, Learning Team B will discuss additional strategies that could be used to solve the challenges in the simulation, debate the issues of mediation versus litigation, and discuss other areas of business regulations that affect private businesses.
