Executive summary This management report has been presented for Gamma Electronics plc in order to establish a HRD system. A holistic analysis will be undertaken by analyzing advantages and disadvantages for both the individuals and the organisation of introducing a HRD framework. It will highlight the importance of HRD in any organisation including recommendations on the form that any such scheme could take.
