Executive summary This management report has been presented for Gamma Electronics plc in order to establish a HRD system. A holistic analysis will be undertaken by analyzing advantages and disadvantages for both the individuals and the organisation of introducing a HRD framework. It will highlight the importance of HRD in any organisation including recommendations on the form that any such scheme could take. Finally some conclusions will be drawn emphasizing the necessity to implement a HRD system for Gamma Electronics company. 1.0 Introduction "To be successful in the current rapidly changing world, we need to maximize the productivity of all our resources. These resources are divided into: physical, financial, information and human.
