Learning Team Charter Paper The formation of learning teams is becoming the model for education and businesses alike. In order for a Learning Team to be effective, the members of the team need to organize a plan, so that they are well prepared. After preparing a team charter, team members must be aware of conflicts that may arise and their resolution strategies. There are at least six critical elements needed to produce an effective Learning Team. Each team is different and depends on various elements to make the Team more effective. Our group chose to list common goals, self-management, trust, time management, critical thinking, and task coordination as the team's critical elements. An example of a common goal is each member works towards the completion of an assignment on a given due date.
