Is conflict inevitable in the employment relations? Within nearly every organization or company conflicts occur from time to time, between the employers and the employees. This paper argues what kind of environmental forces that leads to these conflicts, and why? What is actually a conflict? According to (Davidson & Griffin, 2000) "Conflict is a disagreement between two or more individual, groups or organisations". Literature will discuss different internal conflicts in an organisation and the ways to solve them. Secondly paper will examine economic matters in the employment relationship. Then the essay concentrates on how groups can negotiate easier than individuals, and have greater influence on the employer in different types and conflicts.
