Human resource development It is an extension of training and Development, with a specific orientation towards organizational learning interventions designed to improve skills, knowledge and understanding (Walton 1999). During recent years, Human resource development (HRD) was given more attention by managers. Technological developments and organizational changes have led some of these managers to distinguish that success depends on the skills and capabilities of their employees. HRD is intended to help employees develop their skills for future careers as well as their present jobs.
