Explain in general why the project manager needs to adopt effective and appropriate communication methods with a range of different stakeholders. Using at least two of the above stakeholders, consider (a) how such communication may be influenced by the potentially different perspective (for instance, experience, knowledge, cultural values, personal agendas etc.) of the stakeholders and the project manager and (b) relative power of the stakeholders and the project manager.
