As the managing director of a large e-tail sales company, I am happy to see the growing level of turnover has passed the industry average, it's reflect the company's economy is healthy. However it will create stress at work. Whilst I am growing concerned about the company's capacity to staff the call centre and the warehouse during the busy holiday. Since the nature of this company is an e-tail sales company, it require the employees always refresh and learn new knowledge and technology, this is a kind of pressure on both managers and staffs, it may result in employee feel unsatisfying with the job, but those stress above are not the main reason to force staff leaving.
