One key area of which Managers should have a working knowledge of is accounting, as how the accounts are prepared and how to extract the maximum possible information is highly important. Budgeting as part of the accounting process, is an important aspect of my current role as the Manager of the N-E Lincolnshire Family Resource Service (FRS).
