Levi's is headquartered in San Francisco, California. Primarily, the company is privately owned by The Strauss Family. However, shares of Levi Strauss Japan K.K., its Japanese affiliate, are publicly traded in Japan. Levi's markets its products internationally. Operations are organized into three geographic divisions: America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific. Moreover, Levi's. markets its products under three brand names: Levi's for jeans wear; Dockers for khaki pants and casual wear; and Slates for dress pants and apparel.
