While the successful company is considering widening its domain beyond national lines, it is also rethinking its marketing tools. This paper in its first part addresses the risks, potential costs and income involved in expanding internationally. The second part discusses the resource and capacity necessary to realize the second proposal of launching a technologically advanced marketing tool in the shape of a website and online booking. To materialize both the proposals would however be resource constrain. Hence, this paper concludes by mentioning some ways and tools which can help the company to choose the most value crating of the two proposals.
