The company started as a vision for musician and entrepreneur Darren Curtis Skanson. Colorado Creative Music has been able to compete due partly in response to the new digital technological revolution sweeping the music industry. SWOT analysis: Strength: 1. The two distinctive product line ( DCS and Acoustitheraphy) 2. The musicians CCM represents and the musical appeal they have. 3. Web presence for direct-sales 4. Knowledge of festival and mall performance methods that lead to sales. Weaknesses: 1.
