Ethics have been discussed since the time of Socrates and Plato and can have different meaning to different people. Generally ethics are defined as being the study and analysis of moral aspects of life, the norms or principles of behaviour people follow concerning what is wrong, good or bad. The term ethics is also commonly used as what would be the right or wrong conduct in relations to others and how ought we to behave. The concept "Business Ethics" is known as coming to know what is right or wrong in the workplace and doing what's right. This is in regard to effects of products and services and in relationships with stakeholders, who can be either an individual or a group of persons who will be directly and significantly affected by a decision.
