Assignment 2: An article to the Economist "JAAK Motors" after five years is still out of profit. Starting with 500 million pounds in our company account gave us a big opportunity to build our own factory. As a factory was worth 400 million pounds receiving a loan was crucial, because if not, staying out off negative bank balance at the end of the first year would be inevitable as our predictions were showing. Running the factory for the management team was not as easy as everybody thought at first. The end of first year has shown that at its worst in the cash flow received with a closing negative bank balance of £533.33 million and a loss rather than profit of £18.18 million.
