This enterprise was founded by three buyers, previously employed by YMG Management. Initially they purchased the right to manage $50 million of assets. In three years this figure has grown to almost $480 million of assets under their management. Going public will raise the capital necessary for the company to repay loans, finance payments, develop new products, acquire assets and grasp opportunities. However, the future success of the company will depend on its ability to obtain long-term sustainability.
