The Antarctic (The South Pole) The Wildlife Antarctica has a variety of different animals. All have their own living habits, like the Penguin, during the summer it lives on land whereas in the winter in live almost permanently in the ocean. These living habits apply to almost all of the wildlife. There are a number of animals. Here is a list of them. * Penguins * Whales * Midges * Seals * Sea lions * Sea Gulls * Sea Turtles Emperor Penguins All of these live on either the coast, or in the water, except for the Midge. This little insect can withstand all the weather. It lives in the middle of Antarctica and is roughly an inch long (2 cm). All in all there are many different species of all the animals and all learn how to survive, just like normal animals. To keep shielded from the cold, seals and whales produce, a sort of fat, called blubber, and Penguins...
