I play rugby and the position I play for is winger I am going to compare myself to Shane Williams who plays rugby at the highest level and is the winger for Wales and plays for the club.

Identify weakness In defensive situations my biggest weakness is tackling. There are many physiological and psychological factors on why my tackling is weak. My tackling one on one is very weak I o fail to hold onto the opponents legs or fail to wrap my arms around the player. When a player is running at me I would also get handed off when attempting to make the tackle. When chasing an opponent from behind I cannot tackle from behind and also from the side. When players are running at me low I do not have the technique to stop them and this means that I am putting my team under pressure. As I am a small player and most the time the opposition are much bigger than me I do not have the confidence to tackle them as I think I will not be bale to stop them as they are...
