Soccer Analysis I am going to analyse Nathan Shand. He plays as a striker in soccer. To be a striker in soccer Nathan will need to: * have an accurate shot in order to score goals past a keeper, * have an accurate pass to set up other players to score and also prevent the opposition from getting the ball, * have the ability to head the ball accurately at the goal to score goals, * be able to shield the ball from the defence to prevent the opposition from getting the ball and allow other players to support him and then lay it off to the players, and, * have a good first touch so the ball will not run away from him for the defence to collect and his touch should allow himself the chance to have a shot.
