A book review of Cliffhanger. Title: Cliffhanger Author: Jacqueline Wilson Illustrated by Nick Sharratt Date: Thursday 10th November This book Cliffhanger is one if the best books I have read this year, it about a young boy named Tim who does not like sports but his dad makes him go to an adventure holiday. It is manly written in the adventure genre. It is written for children from ages 7 onwards. At the beginning Tim's dad is trying to persuade Tim that an adventure holiday would be great fun, but his mum is not too sure. Your attention is caught in the middle of the first chapter when Tim arrives at the adventure holiday. The books then goes onto describe how Tim goes from being teased and then becoming a hero. I really liked the part of the story when Tim has a brilliant idea. The way the author has written the story...
