Can we improve our memories? Because it is important for us to have a good memories so we can remember information and easily and quickly retrieve it when needed many techniques have been developed to help us to be able to remember more information more accurately. Some people are naturally blessed with very good memories however other people are not. Is it possible for us to be able to actually improve our memories and if so what to what extent can this improvement be made to? For information to be recalled three processes are needed, encoding, storage and retrieval. Encoding is the process of actually putting information such as a word, into a code which the mind can process, storage is obviously the process of putting the information into the appropriate part of memory whether it be the short-term or long-term memory and finally the information needs to be recalled in efficient...
