Access their success in one or more areas you have studied Urban areas are by no doubt where people want and usually need to live because of money issues. Urban areas are where all the job opportunities are due to the mechanisation of farming and other rural jobs. So with all the people from the rural areas migrating to the urban areas, these areas become over crowded and there is a shortage of housing. So within these urban areas, on the outskirts of them, new towns are developed. The number one reason and key objective for creating these new towns is to relieve some of the pressure from the urban area.
