Vulcans are characters in the story "star trek"; they are the people living on a planet called Vulcan. Vulcans communicate by telepaths; telepathy is the direct communication of thoughts or feelings from one person to another without using speech, writing or any other method. They can recall every single bit of their memory very clearly; they can even remember their own birth really clearly. Vulcans live their lives by reason and logic only, though, having no interference of emotions. ''Reason'' is a cause or an explanation for something that has happened or that somebody has done a fact that makes it right or fair to do something and the power of the mind to think in a logical way, to understand and have opinions.
